Union Learning Reps have been delivering Career Reviews in the workplace since 2013. If your workplace has a Union Learning Rep then they could offer Career Reviews to your employees.

Career development professionals

Many careers advisors are self-employed or work for private companies. These career development professionals can take your employees through a Career Review process which is tailored to their needs and your workplace.

Before you bring in an individual or private company to deliver Career Reviews, make sure they are accredited and qualified to deliver high quality careers advice and guidance. You can do this by using the Career Development Institute’s register to find a qualified career development professional in your area.
