Disability Rights UK provides advice on working with health conditions and the support available for people with disabilities. They also provide an number of fact sheets about working with a disability.

One of the partners for the Mid-life Career Review project used the “mental toughness programme” as a basis for pilot activities.


Age Action Alliance – Employer Toolkit

The Age Action Alliance aims to bring together older people and cross sector organisations to work together to celebrate the opportunities and address the challenges of our ageing society. Their Employer Toolkit offers guidance for managers of older workers. It includes general tools as well as resources targeted at six specific sectors: retail, transport, care, higher education, health and finance.
