Worksmart is a TUC website with a range of helpful information about employment rights, including dealing with age discrimination and negotiating flexible working arrangements, and has links to other relevant parts of the TUC website

Citizens Advice

The Advice Guide website is the main public information service of Citizens Advice, providing people with round-the-clock access to CAB information on their rights - including benefits, housing and employment, and on debt, consumer and legal issues. Relevant factsheets include pensions, benefits, disability and age discrimination.

 

ACAS (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service)

ACAS provides information, advice, training, conciliation and other services for employers and employees to help prevent or resolve workplace problems. Reports and other resources are available on the website, including some about the ageing workforce and how employers can manage the potential of older workers.

 

Age UK

This website has sections on work and learning and a range of factsheets and reports about working, training and learning later in life. It also has information on finances and health in later life.
